The international hotel management portfolio of Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (PHSI) has increased to 35 properties and more than 3,800 hotels rooms across Canada and into the United States with the addition of Super 8 Motel Three Hills, Alberta, PHSI President and CEO Glenn Squires announced today. It is the eighth addition to the PHSI portfolio announced in 2007.
The 82 room, Super 8 Motel Three Hills, Alberta was purchased by Holloway Lodging Real Estate Investment Trust on April 13, 2007 and PHSI assumed management responsibilities, the same day. Located at 208-18th Avenue North in Three Hills, it boasts a variety of units from King, Queen and handicapped accessible suites to four Jacuzzi Suites. With meeting space, complimentary SuperStart Plus Breakfast and free high-speed internet, an indoor pool with a waterslide, fitness centre and sauna, Super 8 Three Hills is the seventh property in Alberta under management by PHSI. Its well-trained and dedicated staff of 32 is drawn primarily from the area.
