Pacrim Hospitality Services Portfolio Expands to South Carolina, USA

The Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach – “Broadway at the Beach” is the newest addition to Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (PHSI) bringing the company’s portfolio to 47 hotels throughout Canada and the United States, CEO Glenn Squires announced today.

The 114-room hotel was purchased by Holloway Lodging REIT on November 02, 2007. Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach is the 12th hotel owned by Holloway Lodging REIT which is managed by PHSI.

“Our PHSI team provides Holloway Lodging with proven and agile management expertise. PHSI has experience in the US market as we currently manage the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs, Florida,” Mr. Squires added.
