Bedford, NS – Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (Pacrim) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonya Isaac as General Manager, Tru by Hilton Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.

Sonya brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise within the hospitality industry. Her journey with Tru by Hilton began in 2021as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Due to her dedication and outstanding performance, she quickly progressed to the role of Executive Housekeeper, where she managed a team of 16, overseeing recruitment, payroll, and operational support across departments. Sonya assumed the role of Manager on Duty in the General Manager’s absence further preparing her for this new role.
