Nineteen (19) of Pacrim’s Managed Properties have been Awarded the 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

Bedford, Nova Scotia – June 11, 2013 – Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award and a total of 19 properties operated by Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (Pacrim) have been awarded the 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

This accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain a greater than or equal to four overall score on a scale of five, assigned by travelers on TripAdvisor. Other additional criteria are taken into account, such as the number of reviews written by travelers on the site over the past 12 months.

“This is an outstanding recognition of our commitment to our guests and for the quality of our hospitality,” says Glenn Squires, Chief Executive Officer of Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. “As the certification is based entirely on the consistency of high ratings given by guests to businesses listed on the TripAdvisor website, it reflects the authentic feelings of our guests towards their experience with us.”

“The Certificate of Excellence provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their guests,” said Gerald Normandeau, Senior Vice President Operations, Pacrim. “Congratulations and thank you to the General Managers and each employee of the following hotels on their 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence:
