For these employees to receive this award across the IHG Americas (Canada and the United States) brands is impressive. IHG extended 9 awards under the Holiday Inn Express brand and 9 awards under the Crowne Plaza brand. Of these 18 awards, 4 were awarded to employees within Pacrim’s portfolio. IHG’s Best of Best honorees are comprised of hospitality professionals who personally advance their brand, earn the confidence of their guests and are volunteers within their communities.

In 2014, the Holiday Inn Express Deer Lake, NL was rated #1 Holiday Inn Express in Canada for Breakfast Bar based on Heart Beat Scores from their guests.
