Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. Partners with Holiday Development State Park LLC in a Multi-Unit Development in Orange Beach, Alabama, USA

Bedford, Nova Scotia June 24, 2015 – Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (PHSI) is delighted to announce a multi-unit development situated on 10 acres of land on the north side of Alabama State Route 182 which serves as the primary east-west connection along the Alabama shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in Baldwin County.

The development plans include a four-story, 63-suite Hotel Indigo® with 103,733 retail space; a 6,729-square-foot Ron Jon Surf Shop® retail store; and two restaurants at approximately 7,900 square feet each.

Ron Jon Surf Shop®, taking place on Friday, May 15, 2015. “It’s a beautiful store,” said Mark Goldstein, Managing Partner, Holiday Development State Park LLC. “The official grand opening events took place on Memorial Day weekend, which featured giveaways, music and children’s activities and a ribbon-cutting sponsored by the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber.”

About the Ron Jon Surf Shop® (www.ronjonsurfshop.com): Ron DiMenna founded the Ron Jon company in 1959, and the first Ron Jon Surf Shop opened in 1961 on the New Jersey shore at Long Beach Island. In the mid-’60s DiMenna established the “One-of-a-Kind” store in Cocoa Beach. That surf shop is now known as the world’s largest at 52,000 square feet. Clothing dominates the store that also showcases surfboards, skimboards, skateboards and beach accessories.

Construction is also well underway for the Hotel Indigo Orange Beach. This four-story, 63-suite hotel has an anticipated opening date of April, 2016. Guest will enjoy the many amenities of this property including a pool with restaurants, bars and shopping all within this multi-unit development.
